HYpnotherapy and Psychotherapy for adults and children, aged 5 to 100. Hello

Resolved! Hypnotherapy and Resolved! Counselling for Children are both run by the same person: me. I am a UKCP registered hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. This means that I have hundreds of hours of training under my belt, am regularly supervised, have attended a tonne of CPD courses and have spent a great deal of time in therapy myself. After all, whilst people don;t expect their therapists to be perfect, they should at least expect their therapist to be self-aware and knowledgeable about where their own weaknesses lie.

I offer hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy for people of all ages. With adults the combination of mindfulness, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy is powerful and can be used to work with almost any non-psychiatric condition. With children the approach varies according to age and ability. I use all of the above approaches and am also trained to use play therapy, music, art and sand.

I have worked with pretty much any condition you could name. OCD, IBS, eczema. depression, anxiety, bed-wetting, interview nerves, PTSD, sports performance, eating disorders, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, anorgasmia, addictions, alcoholism and so much more besides.

I offer all of the traditional benefits of counselling and psychotherapy in addition to practical approaches to managing and eradicating your anxieties and depression. There's talking but it's far from being a place where we just talk. I encourage my clients to take action which will help them to soar beyond those problems which held them back. I give them the tools to do so.
