Meditation for all ages and Children's Yoga In person classes start Sunday 20/9/20 at Bognor Youth & Community Centre (Westloats Lane) with Meditation from 9am then Children's Yoga from 10.45am

From 09.00 will be a free Mediation Information Session followed at 9.30 by Group Mediation Session which will include discussion around meditation and 2 group meditations. Please bring a face covering to help us observe Covid-19 safety measures. Chairs will be provided (with 2 metres between each) but if you prefer to sit on the floor please bring your mat and any cushions etc. you want to use. Please bring a mug if you'd like to stay for a cuppa afterward.
Children's Yoga will start from 10.45 to 11.15 with a class for children aged 4 to 8 then from 11.30 to 12.10 will be a class for children aged 9 to 12.
Yoga mats will be provided and these will be 2m apart. We are encouraging parents to send their child along with a towel to cover the mat (or their own mat) but we will be cleaning thoroughly after each session with a special anti-bacterial spray. If children do not have their own face covering they will be provided with a cloth one to use.
